Not too much, and not too little. Simple, but elegant. That’s how I would describe Melissa’s approach to staging. We priced our home well above what I thought was an optimistic price and received bids well above that. I think a big part of our home’s listing success was because Melissa took the time to lay out a very nice staging strategy for us. I don’t give out great reviews often, but I highly recommend Melissa and her team.
