Home Staging Sets the Tone

Great location, quiet neighborhood, mature landscaping, and COMPLETELY renovated from the studs. This describes the home I most recently staged! It went live in the MLS TODAY! If you’re in the market or know anyone who is, you might want to call and get an appointment right away. Last I heard, it had 12 showings scheduled for today. That’s correct. TWELVE.

This home has fabulous open shelving in the kitchen, and the seller wanted to feature her vintage Pyrex dishes on it. I used her vintage glasses too and added in a few things of my own to give the full concept.

Those dishes! I am now thinking I need to be on the hunt to add a group like this to my inventory! I mean WOW!!! It was so much fun to work with these!

I hear the following statement a lot: Well everything is brand new and up-to-date. I think I’ll just list my property vacant. There’s no reason to stage.

STRONGLY DISAGREE

From the time the first MLS photo is seen through the time the buyers walk out the door, you are giving a memorable sales pitch that connects with them on so many levels.

Staging completely sets the tone. It’s what makes a house feel like HOME.
